Whilst travelling we had problem with what we thought was the water pump in our motorhome. They looked at it the next morning, found the problem, which turned out not to be the pump, fixed that and two other things and quickly had us back on the road. Highly recommend.
While getting our travel trailer ready for a trip around first part of May 2023, we found we had a major problem with our slide-out. I called Family Camping Center of Amarillo, TX. and talked to Allen, the owner. He told me that they would not even be able to look at it for at least two weeks but to go ahead and bring it in. Allen called me the very next day & told me that he got our trailer in the shop so he could diagnose the problem & get the necessary parts coming. He promised me he would do his best to get it ready. Sure enough, I picked it up 12 days later making our long anticipated trip possible. Thank you Allen and the crew of Family Camping for your prompt, friendly & exceptional customer service. We will never forget your kind professionalism.

My wife and I purchased a used travel trailer from Alan and Chuck at the time of the sale we could not have been more pleased with the way the sale was handled. In the three months we have had the trailer we thought we had two issues with the trailer. In both times Alan went over our perceived issues and explained what and how we needed to do to correct our concerns. After the sale is when the true customer service comes out and in my opinion they went way above what was expected.
Only been there a few times, but they remember me and make me feel like family. They are so helpful and patient. Their service is fast and reasonably priced. A great place to shop for RV parts as well!
We were passing through Amarillo on our way to Sedona, AZ and ran into serious issues with our camper. I made a call to this establishment and spoke with the owner, we tried to triage this issues over the phone. However, we quickly determined that this would require us to come in.
The staff made adjustments to what they were doing in order to assist & apply the needed fixes. In less that 90 minutes we paid our bill and we were back on the road.
I can’t express in words how amazing this type of customer service is, 5-stars is not enough but it will have to do. Big thanks to the Family Camping Service group, you salvaged our summer vacation trip.

My camper I purchased used had been worked on by Family Camping Service Center. I could not figure out how to get the hot water heater working and called them. I got Dale on the phone and I figured they would tell me to bring it in and they would charge me $100.00 to help me... hope.. Dale spent about 15 min on the phone with me helping me. I called back an hour later to bother them again and once again Dale answered the phone and helped me for another 10 min. This kind of service is very rare these days. Thanks again team! I greatly appreciate you! I hope people treat you half as good as you treated me today!
